Shipping

We send every order by insured parcel to anywhere in Thailand. You can also pick up your order at our store in Pattani.

Payment

We hold only one of most pieces. When you send a request, we first confirm availability and the final price, then send you a secure payment link. All prices are in Thai baht and include VAT.

Resizing

Rings can be made smaller at no charge, or larger for ฿500 per size. We resize by up to 3 sizes either way. Any more and the ring would lose its shape.

Cleaning & re-plating

Bring your jewelry to our store for cleaning and re-plating. We bring it back to its shine for ฿1,500.

Jewelry care

• Store each piece on its own so diamonds do not scratch other jewelry.
• Take jewelry off before swimming, cleaning, or using lotion and perfume.
• Clean with warm water, a little mild soap and a soft brush, then dry with a soft cloth.
• Bring your pieces to our store and we will check the settings.
